Customer Feature: Mellow Mood

 It's our pleasure to bring to you a customer feature on a long-standing customer of ours, Mellow Mood Boutiques.

It's rare to find an import store that is as authentic as this one. While many simply find the easiest means to supply their stores with basic imported items, Mellow Mood makes it a point to travel to destinations like Thailand and India to source the best items for their store locations.

We caught up with Tanya & Jason Behrens to get a quick interview with them and share our appreciation. Here's what they have to say.

"Mellow Mood is a small chain of “hippy” boutiques that we started in Charleston, South Carolina in 2006.  We have spent years traveling primarily to Thailand and India to develop relationships with small business owners to create a shop filled with unique clothing, gifts, fabrics and accessories. 

Our audience is diverse, and we attract people who love travel, festivals, yogis, and, in-general, hippies at heart. 

We are most known for our clothing which is built for movement and comfort with colors that inspire and delight.  Our products are made and sold by people who enjoy what they do. 

Each Mellow Mood store is home grown and a part of the fabric of their communities where they are located.  The best part of our job is the people we meet in our shops and all over the world.  They are like a big extended family that we feel so lucky to be a part of."
