Unlike the vast competition, Shannon's Gourmet Cheesecakes is family owned and operated, and most days, if you stop in, Shannon is the behind the counter, serving up some wholesome goodness.  She creates all of the recipes herself, and equally impressive, Shannon is a self taught baker.

With such a fantastic following, Shannon's Gourmet Cheesecakes also meets a demand to sell their cheesecakes wholesale to other restaurants whose customer's increasingly ask for it by name and, while their specialty may be gourmet cheesecakes, they also offer a fantastic lunch menu -- featuring wraps (with over 25 to choose from, with choice of what tortilla to wrap it in- including gluten free and lettuce wrapped), homemade luscious gluten-free soups,  1/4 lb 100% all-beef hot dogs and "create your own" fresh salads - guaranteed to satisfy any pallet and appetite as well!   What's more, to further serve their fans, they create special custom party platters for any special event - AND (our hands down favorite) when you're stuck at the office,  they'll even deliver lunch and dessert to you doorstep!
