• The shipping times above are approximate and do not include production time (Normally 1-7 business days). 
• The online order form totals shipping costs during checkout.
• We can provide you with a tracking number on all UPS and USPS shipments.

• Standard quantities of less than 250 normally ship in 1-7 business days only (w/ no color bleed), larger quantities (250 - 2500+) ship within 3-10 business days (w/ no color bleed).
• Color bleeds to the edge of the stickers will delay shipping by 7 business days. The curing of stickers is necessary before we can cut them into individual stickers. White border stickers ship faster, with no delay of cutting over the colors.
• Deadline's MUST be called in otherwise normal production and shipping time apply! There is no psychic on the payroll.   

Turnaround

We require full online payments before processing any custom sticker orders.

• All custom orders are processed in the order they were received.
• You can upload your artwork, order stickers online and process your payment here online at anytime.

• Artwork MUST BE to designed to correct specs being "print ready" at the time of upload. If your design is not 300dpi, extra fees for 72dpi images will be applied during checkout and delays are most likly to occur. Having correct 300dpi or higher resolution with correct inch sizing is required for the printing of your stickers. See the Artwork Requirements.

• Any art corrections or preparations, font changes, concept designing, or file adjustments will cause delays in production time.

• Full color stickers with no border bleed can be print, cut, and shipped the same day, normally most small orders ships in 1-5 business days.
• At least 3 business days are required for graphic design production or contour die cut cuts creation.
• All orders are final after checkout.

Returns/Refunds

All sales are final, you are ordering a custom printed product. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to submit print-ready artwork, alert us to any deadline, and pay for the necessary shipping to be delivered by the deadline.

If you want to be absolutely certain of the product you are ordering you have the choice to order a hard copy proof for $15 or you can request a sample packet with our contact form.

 Assuming the customer meets the responsibilities of ordering with all selections and there is an error on our part we will correct it either with a reprint (if necessary) or credit towards a future order.
